DAC Program Director, John Luetmer, coordinates meetings for clients on an individual basis to ensure that programming is suitable and relevant to the client’s goals.

Meetings are held periodically (annually, semi-annually, etc.) and are attended by those directly involved in the client's care.

Attendees may include housing staff, family members and/or guardians, as well as social service agency representatives, if applicable, and the client.
